Hello friend

I am your holistic conception coach and #1 fan throughout your entire fertility journey- from the moment you decide to prevent pregnancy naturally, to the time you decide to prepare your body for pregnancy, through your prenatal days, and during your birth.

In person and online, I help women optimize their fertility, have vibrant pregnancies, empowering births, and nourished motherhoods rooted in the innate creation of their bodies.

I attend births as a doula in Portland, OR and surrounding areas, including Hood River, OR, Lincoln City, OR, Astoria, OR, McMinnville, OR, and Vancouver, WA.

While I am happy and fully equipped to serve women who come from any background, I can happily offer faith-based doula services to mothers who wish for a Christian doula to attend their birth.

If you’re trying to conceive but experiencing cold hands and feet, constant fatigue, or basal temps that stay below 97.4°F… your body might be undernourished. (This is not an exhaustive list!)

When you don’t eat enough—especially enough nutrient-dense foods—your metabolism slows to conserve energy. 
And since fertility isn’t essential for immediate survival, it’s often one of the first systems your body downregulates.
