What is nutritional therapy? Nutritional Therapy uses the negative symptoms you experience in order to discover the root cause of the dysfunction happening in your body.

Then it addresses the root cause of your health concerns in order to bring balance and restoration back to the body through nutrition.
I specialize in nutritional therapy for fertility and pregnancy, but I can also work with you for other seemingly unrelated issues such as skin issues, headaches, or digestive discomfort.

What is a doula? Doulas are trained to provide education, physical, and emotional support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Doulas can offer support in the birth room to help ensure your birth wishes are met.

Here are 3 things you can do to move the needle in your fertility journey:

1) Take a look at your gut and liver health.
This can support fertility in many different ways. For one supporting digestion supports the body’s ability to break down nutrients and create the hormones that support ovulation and a healthy pregnancy.
Supporting the liver frees it up to aid in cholesterol synthesis which again helps with hormone production. It also helps to support detoxification and reduce inflammation in the body.

2) Track your cervical fluid.
This can tell you a lot about your hormone health and what needs support.
It also helps you to narrow in on your fertility window in order to optimize chances of conception.

3) Avoid processed carbs, prioritize nutrient dense foods.
For one thing, nutrients are the building blocks of fertility. By consuming a nutrient rich diet (high quality proteins+fats+carbs) we build up the key components of fertility.
